These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 10wn platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, bonuses, payment services, and account features. By registering a 10wn account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be legally bound by every clause set out in this document. Please read them carefully before you play.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 10wn. The platform performs age verification at registration and at first withdrawal. Underage access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
Each individual is permitted to hold one 10wn account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, device, IP address, or payment method — violates these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 10wn are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
Verified 10wn players have the right to withdraw their real-money PKR balance at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold and standard identity verification requirements. Winnings will never be withheld without documented cause under these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10wn login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 10wn support immediately via live chat.
10wn is committed to responsible gaming. Players may request deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion at any time. Misuse of responsible gaming tools — such as attempting to re-register after self-exclusion — is a breach of these Terms.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 10wn ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the 10wn platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 10wn platform and close your account if one exists.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
2.1.1 Access to and use of the 10wn Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction applies regardless of any lower age of majority in the Player's jurisdiction.
2.1.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 10wn reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the 10wn Platform. Any deposits made by underage players will be returned minus any bonuses claimed, and all play records will be voided.
2.2.1 When registering your 10wn Account, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number.
2.2.2 You must promptly notify 10wn of any changes to your registered details. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.
2.3.1 The 10wn Platform is intended for use by players accessing from jurisdictions where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 10wn makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
2.4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The Company will consider multiple accounts linked by the same personal details, IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method to be duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, any balances within them forfeited, and bonuses voided.
3.1.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10wn login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.1.2 All wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 10wn support immediately via live chat.
3.1.3 10wn offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. Players are strongly encouraged to activate 2FA from within their Account security settings.
3.2.1 Before processing any withdrawal, 10wn requires the Player to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued national identity card or passport, proof of residential address (issued within 90 days), and — where applicable — proof of the payment method used for deposits.
3.2.2 10wn reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including before the first withdrawal, upon processing large transactions, or when activity patterns suggest a potential compliance concern. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
3.3.1 All Account balances on 10wn are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals. The Company does not guarantee exchange rates for any alternative currency.
4.1.1 Players may fund their 10wn Account using approved Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL Online, Meezan Bank, and Raast instant transfers. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 unless otherwise stated on the deposits page.
4.1.2 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 10wn reserves the right to void any deposit and associated winnings where the funding source is determined to be registered to a third party.
4.1.3 10wn does not charge fees on deposits. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges, for which 10wn accepts no responsibility.
4.2.1 Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within the timeframes published on the 10wn payments page. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes of request submission, subject to KYC status and any active withdrawal restrictions.
4.2.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Where this is not possible, 10wn will request alternative verified banking details.
4.2.3 10wn reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the satisfactory outcome of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or any regulatory compliance check. Players will be notified of the reason for any delay within 48 hours.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 10wn is obligated under its gaming licence to apply anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions. Players must not use the 10wn platform to deposit, circulate, or withdraw proceeds of any unlawful activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required under applicable law.
5.1.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 10wn are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence only for that promotion.
5.1.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. The standard wagering requirement for 10wn welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
5.1.3 Bonus funds expire after the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are voided automatically.
5.1.4 10wn reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend bonus terms with reasonable notice, and to void bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging, matched betting across markets, or the use of multiple accounts — is detected.
5.2.1 The 10wn welcome bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an Account, regardless of whether it was subsequently closed, are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
5.2.2 A minimum qualifying deposit amount applies to welcome bonus activation as stated in the current promotion terms. Deposits made using certain payment methods or under the minimum threshold do not qualify for welcome bonus activation.
6.1 All casino games offered on the 10wn Platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live streaming infrastructure provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, 10wn's game resolution policy applies. Generally, incomplete rounds are voided and any wager placed is returned. 10wn's decision on disputed game outcomes is final where independent verification of the technical records confirms a malfunction.
6.3 Players must not use any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with 10wn games. Any Account found to be using automation tools will be immediately suspended and all balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
6.4 The minimum and maximum wager limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. Players may not circumvent stated table limits through any means.
7.1 All sports betting markets on 10wn — including PSL cricket, international cricket, volleyball, football, UFC, and kabaddi — are subject to the betting rules published on the 10wn sportsbook page. In the event of a rules conflict, the sportsbook-specific rules govern cricket, sporting event, and in-play markets.
7.2 Bets accepted by 10wn are binding once confirmed. A bet confirmation screen and reference number are provided after acceptance. Players should retain their bet reference number for dispute purposes.
7.3 10wn reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of result manipulation, match-fixing, or suspicious market activity — including PSL or international cricket fixtures. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
7.4 In-play betting markets close at the discretion of the 10wn sportsbook team. Once a market is suspended, no further bets will be accepted on that event until the market reopens, if applicable.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10wn Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 10wn is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. The Company provides a suite of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
9.2 To activate any responsible gaming tool, Players should access the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings or contact 10wn support via live chat in English or Urdu. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within one hour of receipt.
9.3 A self-excluded Player must not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion in any way. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion agreement will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred for regulatory review.

10.1 10wn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraud or abuse, or poses a risk to the Company's regulatory standing.
10.2 In the event of Account closure not caused by Player breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within seven (7) working days. Bonus Balances that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure regardless of cause.
10.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 10wn support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed in the normal timeframe.
11.1 All content on the 10wn Platform — including but not limited to the 10wn brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 10wn or its licensed suppliers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without the prior written consent of 10wn.
11.2 Game content provided by third-party suppliers remains the intellectual property of those suppliers. Any misuse of supplier content may result in independent legal action by those suppliers in addition to Account termination by 10wn.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10wn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor failures.
12.2 10wn does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
12.3 Gambling involves financial risk. Winnings are not guaranteed. 10wn provides gaming services for entertainment purposes and does not accept liability for any financial loss suffered by Players as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
13.1 The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 10wn is governed by the 10wn Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.
13.2 By registering a 10wn Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of KYC data for identity verification, the sharing of data with licensed third-party payment processors, and the provision of data to regulatory authorities where required by law.
14.1 10wn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amendments take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the 10wn Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10wn holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall first be submitted to 10wn's internal dispute resolution process.
15.2 To raise a formal dispute, Players must submit their complaint in writing to 10wn support via live chat or email. 10wn will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive resolution within 14 working days.
15.3 If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 10wn's internal dispute resolution, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 10wn's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body are available on request from 10wn support.
